Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge has apparently been busy meeting with acclaimed director Richard Curtis regarding a mental health project. A subject close to Prince William’s heart, he and Prince Harry instigated “Heads Together” in 2016 to encourage discussion of mental health problems amongst family and friends. Details are scant on the new project at this time, but we will update you as soon as more facts become available.
Kate was also spotted visiting her “Back to Nature” garden which she designed for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Mary Berry was seen laughing with the Duchess as the reportedly arrived in a tractor pulled trailer for Kate’s first engagement following the summer.
The premier royal couple were also spotted happily escorting their children to school.
Princess Charlotte is attending London’s Thomas’s Battersea with brother Prince George for the first time. George, who is six, has been in attendance since September 2017 so he will be able to watch over his beautiful little sister.
The Princess will follow tradition and be known as Charlotte Cambridge throughout her school days.
Smart Works fashion
The Duchess of Sussex returned to Royal duties following her maternity leave. Attending the launch of her Smart Works fashion collection, of which she is patron, the Duchess wore pieces from the collection and wore jewellery previously worn by Princess Diana.
Each time an item from the collection is sold, one will be donated to the Smart Works charity. The charity will then help disadvantaged, unemployed women get back on the career ladder with skills, clothes and conviction.
Princess Diana impressed many with her work to reduce the horrors of landmines.
Prince Harry is about to embark on a tour to Africa and intends to continue the work. He has been quoted as saying he is especially proud to continue his mother’s legacy.
